To be eligible for the lucky draw, you must first fill out the form below and then confirm your entry by filling out the registration form at the event venue when you attend the PS Carnival on 7th, 8th, or 9th March 2025. Look out for the QR code to qualify.

  • - To qualify for the lucky draw, participants must first have filled the online form on our website www.payalsinghal.com/ps-carnival and then visit the PSCarnival on any of the event days (7th, 8th, or 9th March 2025) and fill out the registration form physically while attending.
  • - Only one lucky winner will receive a 50,000 gift voucher, redeemable on our website within 6 months from the date of issue.
  • - The winner will be announced online and notified via WhatsApp/email after the event.
  • - If the voucher is not redeemed before the expiration date, it cannot be claimed afterward.
  • - Gift vouchers can be redeemed only for transactions and deliveries within India.
  • - Voucher will be redeemed in a single transaction and is valid for one-time use only.
